NEET Result 2017 : The Result of NEET 2017 (UG) will be declared in the third week of June, 2017 (tentatively on 24, June 2017). Students can check NEET Result 2017 by entering their roll number and date of birth at cbseresults.nic.in.
National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test also known as NEET, is an entry level competitive exam to get admissions to undergraduate medical courses (MBBS/BDS) in India. Score card will be issued based on the performance of the candidates in the NEET exam in 3 subjects, they are Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
NEET result 2017 will be available on ‘Digi locker’ website (Owned by Indian government) at http://results.digilocker.gov.in. The NEET results can also be checked at cbseresults.nic.in. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared minimum qualifying marks to obtain by a candidate in the NEET Exam and this qualifying percentile follows as shown in the below table.

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct NEET 2017 counselling for admissions to 15% all India Quota MBBS/BDS seats in government funded medical and dental colleges across India after declaration of the NEET result based on the candidate’s score card and rank.
The following table illustrates the official NEET Cut Off Marks and Rank range of the different category candidates, who qualified for the NEET counselling under 15% All India Quota Seats in the last year.
If MBBS and BDS seats left vacant after 15% all India quota counselling, this will be surrendered to the respective states, which can be filled through state counselling.
On the other hand, Candidate’s rank in merit list for state quota will also be generated separately based on the state code filled by the applicant in application form.

How to Check NEET Result 2017
Step 1: Visit the CBSE official website i.e cbseresults.nic.in or NEET website site i.e. cbseneet.nic.in
Step 2: Search and click on the link “NEET Result 2017”.
Step 3: Enter the roll number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on the submit button, then your NEET results 2017 and score card with marks merit list will appear on the screen.
Step 5 (optional): Take a printout, if needed it for further reference in the future.
In case of 2 or more candidates gets equal marks in the NEET 2017 , the prefernce will be given to allot the highest rank among them based on the following conditions
- Preference 1: Higher marks in Biology in NEET exam.
- Preference 2: Higher marks in Chemistry in NEET Test.
- Preference 3: Candidates with less number of attempted wrong answers in all the 3 subjects(biology, chemistry and physics) in the test.
- Preference 4: Age of the candidates, older preferred.
